The sea is often not the safest option for some users to swim and large crowds often sway people to seek alternative activities, creating a demand for nearby water amenities. This demand influenced the development of a 2-acre beachside attraction with two pools and a swing set, a design catered to families with children seeking a safe and fun alternative experience to the sea.
