Livat Park

In response to the site's existing pain points—such as obstructed pedestrian circulation, blocked commercial facades and sightlines, and single-function outdoor spaces—the design provides a comprehensive analysis and interpretation of the LIVAT brand philosophy. Focusing primarily on family demographics, it transforms a deep, back-of-house transitional space into a green, park-like commercial entrance. Ultimately, it creates a diverse, multi-functional gathering place anchored by the core concepts of Low-carbon, Inspiration, Vitality, Accessibility, and Theatrical (LIVAT).
