The design employs a subtle landscape intervention, featuring an integrated ground plane where plaza paving seamlessly connects with the water feature bed to frame the perimeter office lobbies with clean, structured lines. As guests move through the site, the material palette transitions from calm, civic gray tones at the municipal edge to warm, intimate yellow tones within, visually signaling a shift toward relaxation and fostering a strong sense of place.
