Townhall Center of Xiongan

The landscape design fully explores and taps into the site's local identity, extracting the "Dian" (wetland/lake) character of Baiyangdian as the central design language to shape the physical site. Centered around the positioning of "nostalgic memories" and "green intelligence," the project establishes a spatial hierarchy composed of "Halls, Gardens, and Workshops." Integrating the civic exhibition hall with supporting residential spaces and ground-floor retail, the design showcases authentic future living scenarios and a development philosophy of green infrastructure and smart innovation design.
